How to Register for your community, yourself and with a doubles partner
Going to the register tab and you will leave here and be directed to the Cheddarup booking website., tap on the box that names your community: Sun Lakes Country Club (SLCC), Cottonwood Country Club and Palo Verde Country Club (CWPV), Ironwood Country Club and Oakwood Country Club (IronOaks), or Robson Reserve. There will be instructions and details.
Please note the following tips to have a successful registration process.
1. ACCOUNT- You are encouraged to create an account at the checkout so that you can refer back to which games you have completed both registration and payment.
2. SELECTION - Please review all the game options and add one or multiple games to your cart. Each game has a limited number of open spaces available for each community.
3. REGISTER - Ensure that you are registering in the COMMUNITY YOU LIVE IN, as each player is playing to earn points for their community. You can only register yourself; each participant needs to register separately.
4. INDIVIDUAL VS PARTNER GAMES - Most games do not require that you register with a partner. However, in games where you may choose your partner, as in Short Court Tennis and Pickleball, those games are clearly labeled. Only one of the 2 in the partnership needs to register; be prepared to provide your partner's contact information when you register for partner games.
5. INFORMATION - When your game selections are complete, please CONTINUE to complete the Participant Information form, and sign the Terms of Agreement and Liability Waiver forms.
6. PAYMENT- All registrations/payments will take place online. Paper registrations and cash/checks will not be accepted. Registration is not complete until payment is made. Our payment processor, Cheddar-Up, and/or SL SR Game may appear next to your charge on your credit card.
7. RECEIPT/CONFIRMATION - Once you have completed your payment, you will receive an email receipt confirming your game selection(s).
